Requirements:
Melting Chocolate Dark or White
Non-poisonous thick leaves with well-defined veins. Variegated Ivy works really
Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
With a soft brush paint the back side of the leaves thickly with the melted chocolate.
Leave the chocolate to set on the leaves.
When set, gently peel the leaf away from the chocolate.
Chocolate leaves are wonderful garnishes for desserts and cakes
