Requirements:
100g Milk chocolate – melted
100g Roasted hazelnuts
50g White chocolate – melted
15g Butter – melted
Method:
Combine well the milk chocolate and hazelnuts in a bowl.
Drop one teaspoonful of the mixture at a time onto a foil covered tray.
Combine white chocolate and butter in a small bowl and mix till smooth.
Drizzle this mixture over the set hazel nut clusters.
