Requirements:
250g milk Chocolate
1 Chocolate slab mould
Gold chocolate wrapping foil
Christmas wrapping paper
Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Carefully pour the melted chocolate into the chocolate slab mould. Tap the mould on the counter to release air bubbles and for the chocolate to run smooth. Place the mould in the freezer to set. When the chocolate slabs have set un-mould them and carefully wrap them in gold foil. Cut the Christmas wrapping paper to fit the slab, (just as a Nestle or Cadbury bar of chocolate would have a foil and paper wrapper) leaving ½ cm of gold foil showing on either side. Stick the Christmas paper at the back of the slab with a piece of sellotape. These fun slabs of chocolate are made to look just like the average slab of chocolate you would buy in the supermarket. But they do have fun wrappers that make them really special for the season.
