Requirements:
1 small slab chocolate mould
500g White Nestle chocolate
1 medium box Smarties
Coloured chocolate wrapping foil
Attractive wrapping paper
Method:
Gently melt the white chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler.
Scatter the Smarties randomly into the slab mould and pour the white chocolate over them.
Place the mould in the freezer to set.
When the chocolate has set wrap it in the coloured chocolate foil.
Cut a piece of wrapping paper and fold it around the foiled slab as a chocolate wrapper.
These slabs are wonderful for treats and gifts.
