Requirements:
1 Chocolate rose mould
200g White chocolate
200g Milk chocolate
Long paper sticks
Skeleton leaves
Rose sleeves
Method:
Gently melt the chocolates (separately) over a double boiler or in the microwave.
Pour the chocolate into the mould and place the stick in the melted chocolate.
Put the mould in the freezer to set.
When the chocolate has set, carefully remove the roses from the mould.
With a small piece of sellotape stick a skeleton leaf on each sucker stick behind the rose.
Place three roses (at different heights) in the rose sleeve and tie them together with some pink ribbon.
This small bunch of chocolate roses makes a wonderful gift for Mothers’ Day.
