Requirements:
200g Milk chocolate
3 Tablespoons caramel ice-cream coating
Half a cup chopped marshmallows
50g chopped pecan nuts
Method:
Gently melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.
Once the chocolate had melted leave a couple of minutes to cool off a little.
Mix in the caramel ice-cream coating, the chopped marshmallows and pecan nuts.
Pour into a lined baking tin and place in the freezer to set.
When set, cut into small bars or squares and gobble.
