Requirements:
100g milk or dark chocolate
Small chocolate paper cups
Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. With a soft brush paint a layer of chocolate onto the inside of the paper cases to make a chocolate shell. When the chocolate is set firm gently peel the paper case away from the chocolate shell. These cases are fantastic end to a dinner party filled with a bit of liqueur and whipped cream on top.
